Modern Villa Aestivus has accommodation capacity for 10 people. This luxury villa is decorated with great care for the complete comfort of the guests. There are 5 spacious bedrooms available, each with its own bathroom. Four bedrooms are located on the upper floor while the master bedroom is on the lower floor with private bathtub. The whole space is very functional, minimalistic and exudes elegance. Almost every corner of the villa offers a unique and unforgettable view of the sea and the islands due to the large glass walls. The living room is connected to the dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Connected spaces are ideal for family and friends gatherings. The lower floor of the villa has direct access to the swimming pool and outdoor terrace, where guests have sunbeds, umbrellas, an outdoor shower and a summer kitchen. The excellent location of the villa offers the opportunity to explore the area of the Istrian peninsula, but at the same time it serves as a perfect base for a vacation, providing a complete rest for the mind and body.
